Who are we?
we are a small group of people that are
developing our interest in all things related
to bee-keeping. We are starting out as
absolute beginners.
We are affiliated as full members of the
Furness Bee Keeping Association (FBKA) in
South Cumbria
Keeping bees is anything but easy. Maybe it’s a hobby or just something you have always wanted to do. I thoroughly recommend that you read up on the topic before anything else as the volume of equipment and knowledge needed may make you think again. If you are like me? I am sure that you enjoy learning about these marvelous little creatures and eventually keeping a colony or two yourself.

on sessions at two apiaries in
South Cumbria at 10.30 on
Saturday mornings from
Spring through to the Autumn.
